Document Retrieval / Validation Services

ACU-Serve understands the burden of documentation for providing equipment and services has greatly impacted the ability to bill claims. As a result, many providers are faced with growing Unbilled/On Hold Balances and struggle to maintain the staff required to keep up.

ACU-Serve has created a documentation and validation service to assist our providers with this changing landscape.

ACU-Serve’s Document Retrieval and Validation Services can be customized to do any of the following:

  • Follow up with the physician on all Detailed Written Orders (DWOs), Letters of Medical Necessity (LMNs), and Certificate of Medical Necessity (CMNs)
  • Work with the patient to coordinate physician visits in order to meet the required face-to-face guidelines
  • Work with the patient to coordinate physician visits in order to meet the required office visits for continuing need and re-certification guidelines
  • Validation of documentation obtained for compliance
